• Background Victims and complainants belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes who approach the National Helpline Against Atrocities (14566), Integrated Portal, chatbot, mobile application, IVRS, or other digital systems often experience severe emotional distress arising from caste-based discrimination, violence, rape, gang rape, murder of family members, social boycott, displacement, threats, and prolonged legal proceedings.
